With nearly 20 years of international coaching experience, Gearoid has worked with young players across multiple countries, helping them build strong fundamentals and long-term confidence.
The focus is not just on technique, but on creating a positive environment where children develop coordination, confidence, and a genuine love for the game.
Sessions are delivered across leading international schools in Ho Chi Minh City using structured pathways that support long-term player development.
His coaching philosophy is guided by the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) model of player development, which recognises that effective golf technique is built on strong movement skills, balance, posture, and coordination.
By understanding how each child moves and develops physically, Gearoid tailors coaching to the individual, helping young players improve safely, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love for the game.
